About the Webinar:
Ombuds often seek to raise concerns within an organization, either at a visitor’s request or independently, while simultaneously protecting sources of information. Sometimes, ombuds find ways to help visitors raise concerns themselves. Other times, ombuds provide information directly, usually with a visitor's consent. In some instances, though, neither path is viable. There is a third way: "ethical artfulness." With ethical artfulness, an ombuds identifies inequities and unfairness and nudges organizations to change without involving visitors directly. The "Do-See-Think" model provides the template.
