Are you interested in taking your role as an organizational ombuds to a new level? The Board of Certification for Certified Organizational Ombudsman Practitioners® offers three levels of designation: CO-OP®, Candidate for CO-OP®, and Inactive CO-OP®.

The IOA Conference offers professionals the chance to earn Professional Development Hours (PDH) by attending certain approved sessions. Currently, all breakout sessions are eligible for 0.50 hours of PDH. All Keynote presentations are available for credit varying from 1-2 PDH.

PDH Tracking Sheet

You can earn PDH credit by viewing a session recording. Please note if you attended a conference session live in 2021 you cannot re-report the time for re-watching a recording.

Download a copy of the PDH Tracking Sheet below and mark which sessions you view on the IOA Online Learning Center. Keep a copy of this tracking sheet for your records. If your CO-OP® recertification application is audited, you will need to submit this tracking sheet for review.

Certificate of Participation

Participants wanting to report their PDH or deliver a certificate of participation to their organization can use the form below to generate a personalized certificate. This document will be emailed to you and stored in your IOA Online Learning Center profile. This file is only provided for your records. IOA will not report specific attendance on your behalf.
