IOA Member Town Halls

These Meetings Took Place

In early October 2021, all IOA members were invited to participate in one of two Member Town Halls. These meetings were set up to provide members with one final opportunity to discuss the proposed changes to the IOA Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation before the next Special Member Meeting and vote.

The IOA Board concluded, with advice from IOA's legal counsel and parliamentarian, that there would not be a reasonable amount of time during the Special Member Meeting to have a discussion on the proposed changes and conduct a vote on each resolution during a single meeting. These informal meetings were the last opportunity members had to discuss the proposals before voting.
