Expand the Ombuds Profession for Greater Impact: Internal and External Outreach Is Up to Us

9 November 2017 | 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM (Pacific)

About the Webinar:

Outreach is an integral part of our work as ombuds, as a means to inform us, cement our influence, and secure our positions. As critical as it is for our effectiveness, and even our survival, it often falls to the bottom of the list. Learn why we must put more emphasis on outreach, both within and outside of our organizations.

Get ready to participate and discuss the following with your fellow participants:

  • How to market your role to your constituents
  • How to reach out and inform those in our communities and in affiliated professions
  • How to create your own outreach plan
