People come to the ombuds to address a variety of concerns. It is part of our role to coach toward positive resolution, compassionately and productively. Sometimes this might involve helping a visitor shift his/her mindsets toward more openness, personal responsibility, and generating options.

This webinar presents two key powerful mindsets- the ‘player’ mindset and the ‘growth’ mindset, and will demonstrate how they can be used to help ‘get unstuck’ and empower people to move forward.
