This webinar is based on The Delicate Dance - a workshop planned for the IOA 2020 Annual Conference. The Delicate Dance is the balance organizational ombuds must strike to be effective in meeting their multiple responsibilities to their constituents* while practicing according to the IOA Standards of Practice. We created a model to help evaluate, strategize, and choreograph the delicate dances Ombuds frequently share or lead. For the purposes of this webinar, we will focus exclusively on dancing in a global pandemic. During the full workshop, which we hope to deliver at the next annual conference, participants will have the opportunity to apply the model to their unique challenges.
